Calling all NBJC members! Join us for a fun weekend of wheeling through the beautiful Smokey Mountains. This private event has been booked and available exclusively for No Boundaries Jeep Crew members. The trails offer fun from mild to wild. Come meet your fellow NBJC members and enjoy a fun filled weekend on the trails in the foothills of the beautiful Smokey Mountains.
Tentative itinerary (subject to change):
FRIDAY, JUNE 28th, 2024 (no wheeling permitted):
10:00 AM: Meet and Greet at Outdoors in the Smokies
11:00 AM: Convoy off property (destination to be determined)
*****NO TICKETS REQUIRED TO ATTEND FRIDAY EVENT*****
SATURDAY, JUNE 29th, 2024:
10:00 AM: Arrive at venue
10:30 AM: Registration/Safety Waivers/Meet & Greet
11:00 AM: NBJC Welcoming/Venue rules meeting/Safety Meeting
12:00 PM (or completion of safety meeting): Trails open to all Jeeps
7:30 PM: NBJC Group night ride
8:30 PM: All vehicles off trails
9:00 PM: All vehicles must exit venue property
***Vehicles may exit/re-enter property during day for lunch and/or dinner***
SUNDAY. JUNE 30th, 2024:
10:00 AM: Arrive at venue/Trails open to Jeeps
2:00 PM: All vehicle off trails/Exit property
Limited edition event shirts are available to purchase during checkout. All shirts purchased with tickets sales will be distributed at event. A limited supply will be available at event for anyone who opted not to purchase at time of ticket sales.
***Ticket sales are non-refundable unless event is cancelled by No Boundaries Jeep Crew or property owners of Outdoors in the Smokies. Off-roading is a fun family excursion, however there are obvious risks involved. The vehicle operator must know the limits of of their driving abilities and vehicle capabilities. Driver’s and occupants assume the safety risks of off-roading. The event organizers of No Boundaries Jeep Crew and the property owners of Outdoors in the Smokies are not responsible for any injuries to persons or damage to vehicle during the event. Prior to be granted access to trails, ALL driver’s and passengers must complete safety waiver forms. Forms will be provided upon arrival to the venue and must be submitted to NBJC organizer’s at sign-in. No vehicles may enter the trails without a completed waiver for ALL vehicle occupants.
Please note that NBJC practices the Tread Lightly policies. If you bring it to the venue, please make sure it leaves with you or is properly disposed of. Trash receptacles will be available at the main meeting area. We will be on private property and we wish to maintain the pristine beauty of the property. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
